No handoff to another team.
The people who understand your books also design and build your system.
About / Blume Labs
Blume Labs designs and builds finance systems without the usual handoff between the people who understand the books and the people who build the technology.
How the firm startedWhy we exist
The people who understand your books also design and build your system.
We compare the options and recommend what fits, without being tied to one platform.
Our approach
We review how your team works and what needs to change.
We recommend a system based on fit, cost and your needs.
Scope and acceptance criteria are clear before the build starts.

Harsh Chirania started in audit. CA Inter, then three years of articleship across statutory and internal audits, spent inside other companies' books asking how each number was arrived at and finding the places where it hadn't been. Alongside the finance there was always the tinkering: custom firmware on phones, home switches built on hobby microcontrollers, anything that could be taken apart and put back together better.
In 2023 he joined the systems team at a Bangalore CA firm, arriving as QuickBooks left India and a wave of companies needed migrating to Zoho Books. He learned the platform, found its edges, and started building around them: Excel automations that turned a four-day incentive calculation into a four-minute one, dashboards at BI level built entirely in spreadsheets, an API bridge between Excel and Zoho that nobody had thought to build, then Python scripts that cut bulk data fixes by more than ninety percent. It became a revenue line for the team that had not existed before.
The firm was tied to a single platform and recommended it regardless of the situation. That did not sit right. In May 2025 he left to start Blume Labs LLP. The first engagement was a multi-entity invoicing platform for a finance firm, agreed before he knew which stack he would build it on. He worked out React, a backend and a deployment pipeline from a starter app during a two-hour wait in a phone repair shop, and shipped the platform in two months. It still processes the firm's invoices.
The firm, in real life
Blume Labs LLP is registered in Bangalore and works with clients across India — listed companies, mid-market businesses, and funded startups building their finance function properly the first time.
